We understand our customers reservations around the current pandemic and concerns that festivals may not be able to take place this summer. We of course are positive that the shows will go ahead and are planning for our biggest party’s ever, After the year we’ve had, we all need it. However to give our customers the comfort they require we are offering a full money back guarantee on all tickets should the event need to be cancelled. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and look forward to seeing you at the gates.

Colour Clash COVID policy
We want you to have an amazing time at Colour Clash so just like many festivals and events, we are asking all ticket holders aged 12 and over to be able to demonstrate their COVID-19 status via our random spot checks before entering the festival by providing EITHER of the following:

• Proof of full vaccination – both doses received (with the second dose at least 14 days prior to the festival) OR

• Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test taken 24 hours prior to arrival OR

• We will also have very limited on site testing facilities on site (this will cost £5 and you will need to arrive 45 minutes early)

The VIP area is the perfect way to experience Colour Clash. You will be given access to our exclusive VIP area which boasts a cocktail bar, upgraded toilets for vip use only. A viewing garden and a chance to rub shoulders with some of the city’s most influential people. If you’d like to purchase VIP tickets or upgrade and need a little more information and support. Your ticket will be emailed to you within 24 hours after purchase. If you do not receive it please check spam and junk mail and if not please contact us at custcare@skiddle.com and they will assist you.

There will be a phone charging facilities on site for a minimal fee.

Doors are open from midday until 11pm with a last entry time of 5pm. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer re entry to the site due to licensing conditions and maintaining customer safety.

Only bags smaller than an A4 size will be permitted on site. All bags will be subject to search on entry.

This is an over 18’s event; ticket holders will have to produce valid ID upon entering the festival.

Colour Clash takes place at Tredegar Park, Newport, South Wales NP20 3AJ

If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.

    – We operate a zero tolerance on drugs/legal highs
    – Laughing gas is illegal and will not be tolerated
  • Glass (of any kind)
  • Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon (including penknives and cutlery)
  • No food or alcohol
  • Personal portable toilets
  • Camping gas canisters
  • Generators of any kind
  • Bean bags & inflatable chairs / loungers
  • Spray cans
  • Laser equipment or pens
  • Fireworks / flares
  • Aerosoles
  • Soft drinks (other than sealed water)
  • Chairs of any kind
  • Umbrella

There will be no parking on site. There is parking in nearby facilities.

Unfortunately due to our licensing conditions and customer safety there is no leave and return policy permitted. Once you have entered site your ticket will be scanned and no longer valid for a re entry.


No drinks will be allowed onto the festival site. Our security will be checking bags on entry to confiscate any prohibited items. Any other contraband that is found on your person will also be taken away.

We will have cash points available on site. These will be clearly sign posted upon your entry into the festival grounds. Please make reference to our site map for an accurate location of each individual cash point.

We will be accepting the following types of ID for entry into the festival:

  • Current UK or Overseas Driving License/ Provisional License Photocard
  • Current UK or Overseas Current Passport
  • Overseas Only Valid National ID card
  • UK only 18 + PASS scheme card
  • Young Scot Cards
  • Ireland Age Card
  • Forces I.D Card.

This is line with the national Challenge 25 policy.

**Photocopies of ID does not count as valid ID. Must be original documents.

Please note that bars will be operating under a challenge 25 policy and will manage their own policy

We will have specific facilities available for our disabled customers and offer complimentary carer’s tickets. Disabled customers will also have access to disabled toilets & other facilities.
